Our Heritage
Since 2001, Zpack MArketing has designed and built heavy-duty automation assets, hardware structures, and PLC controls for high-strain factory deployments.
Founded by roboticists and metallurgical engineers in 2001, Zpack MArketing started with a singular vision: to create mechanical assemblies that eliminate structural fatigue and control lag. We initially built specific hydraulic control valves and high-precision CNC frames.
As the automotive and aerospace industries entered the automation era, we adapted by integrating intelligent microcontrollers, optical positioning lasers, and advanced kinematics. Today, Zpack MArketing integrates systems in over 24 countries, supplying turn-key manufacturing grids to giants like Bosch and gigafactory partners.
Our focus remains strictly on zero-tolerance engineering, making sure that every arm cycle, panel press, or valve open executes with microscopic accuracy.

Core Principles
To supply industries with zero-tolerance mechanical systems, robust software interfaces, and structural layouts that elevate efficiency while maintaining absolute safety.
To power the global shift toward ecological, carbon-neutral, and smart cyber-physical factory networks that operate continuously with zero energy waste.
Uncompromising accuracy, structural modularity, safe physical human-machine interaction, and eco-optimized materials choice across all fabrications.
Milestone Chronology
Initial laboratory opened. Machined heavy mechanical cylinders, stress valves, and custom metal couplings for early automation factories.
Commissioned our first complete robotic welding line for automotive frames, integrating Siemens PLC systems to orchestrate coordinate alignment.
Built custom computer numerical controls (CNC) with optical displacement sensors, achieving sub-millimeter material removal precision.
Introduced regenerative kinetic power systems and full IoT diagnostic telemetry. Deploying carbon-neutral smart lines globally.
